Red Letter Roasters
Headquartered in Baraboo, Wisconsin, the Red Letter Roasters believe that every cup of coffee can be a joyful experience, whether you're sipping solo or sharing the experience with friends and family. We believe good community and great coffee make the perfect blend!
Our journey began in 2011 with a simple mission: to make standout coffee varieties from around the world accessible for our neighbors. From the crowd-pleasing Colombian to the uniquely flavorful Costa Rican, we take pride in providing the highest quality coffees at neighborhood-friendly prices.
At Red Letter Roasters, we are committed to quality and attention to detail in every facet of how we operate. That's why Red Letter Roasters doesn't roast your coffee until you place an order. We want to be a part of your special moments, whether it's a cozy (or crazy) morning at home or a lively (or chill) gathering with friends.
Your Roasters
Josh and Katie Fry took over Red Letter Roasters from founder Tyson Suemnicht in 2024. They met working as missionaries during their time at El Búho Café in Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. It's where Josh first fell in love with smells, sights, and delicate details of the perfect roast. And then they fell in love with one other. Josh keeps the local Fire and EMS district where he works supplied with coffee and Katie cares for their own perfect blend.
The Red Letters
Even more than coffee, Josh and Katie have a passion for Jesus. While red letter can refer to anything of special significance, our name alludes to the portions of a bible written in red ink which highlight the spoken words of Jesus. Talk about significance.
